There are some good resources to get free horoscopes and tarot readings but you have to be careful which you choose. Many are just automated scripts giving you a random set of cards and thei meanings which is not a tarot reading any more than just flipping a coin.

A lot of Tarot readers are quite protective of their skill-set because, most readers have spent considerable years learning and refining their craft. For that reason, some readers are offended when they are asked to give that knowledge and skill away for free.

I wouldn’t go into a bakery and say, hey, I’m hungry and I would like that cake, can you give it to me for free? Especially, when I had the money to pay for it.
